| CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
YESyoga is an amalgam of styles of yoga influenced and inspired by the methods and principles of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, Vinyasa, Yin and more. It is an energetic practice, with roots in developing core strength and discipline. Each class is different yet remains constant in its goals which are to expand and deepen the student's knowledge of yoga and its benefits, physically and spiritually.
